Yes, it actually takes 5 minutes. Yes, it actually has flavor and doesn't just taste like mayo-slathered chicken. No, it doesn't get crazy with special ingredients like gherkins or emulsion dressings. It's your perfect go-to picnic side, sandwich filling, cracker dip, protein snack, and so much more. Use this recipe as a base and add in your own favorite ingredients (go crazy with the grapes, if that's your jam), and enjoy!

Notes
- Canned Chicken: If you don't have leftover shredded chicken in the fridge, I often use home-canned or even store-bought canned chicken. It's moist and tender, and works great.
- Make It Your Own: People have strong feelings about what should be in a chicken salad. So I purposely left this one simple, but tasty. Feel free to add in your grapes, nuts, Sriracha, curry powder, or whatever other weird and wonderful thing you love!
Storage
Leftovers can be covered and stored in the fridge for 4-5 days.
