Macaroni Loaf Cordon Bleu

- 12 oz small pasta, any shape
- 1 cup regular breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded gouda or swiss cheese
- 6 oz diced ham, or about 1 cup
- ¼ onion, minced, or ½t onion powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced or grated, or ½t garlic powder
- ½ t salt
- 1 T parsley
- ½T dijon mustard
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water, according to the directions for the shape you chose. Once they're cooked, drain the pasta. Add the remaining ingredients to the pasta and mix to combine.
Grease a 9x5 loaf pan, and then transfer the pasta mixture to the loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
